This mead is Heaven on Earth. This mead boasts a strong, sweet nose of pineapple with the warmth of cinnamon and sweetness of honey through the body, and finishes with the smooth texture of a vanilla. The acid of the pineapple balances the palate, keeping the flavors from overpowering one another, creating a rich, complex drink. The complex flavors make a perfect marinade for pork and work well with ginger beer to create a fizzy, summer beverage.
