With a bold tart Montmorency cherry flavor, light honey, and dark chocolate oakiness across the palate, this crisp cherry nose finishes with a bold warmth for a full flavored, highly palatable wine that does not oversaturate with cherry sweetness. It is not the normal cheery cherry beverage that you are used to!

Cherry Eclipse is a strong, bold flavored mead that is good for any occassion but shines as a fireside nightcap. Best served at room temperature.
